Add-On Usage

Only one International Calls Add-On can be active at the same time. If an additional International Calls Add-On is added before the first is exhausted, the new International Calls Add-On supersedes the existing and the existing Add-On allocation is lost.

You can only use an International Calls Add-On if you are an existing Kogan Mobile customer with an active account. New Kogan Mobile Customers who activate a SIM will need to activate a prepay plan with Kogan Mobile before purchasing an International Calls Add-On.
Where an International Calls Add-On is purchased from koganmobile.co.nz, the expiry period will begin immediately after purchase.
Unused inclusions will be forfeited at the end of the International Calls Add-On expiry period.
